GoMerch, and in that effect the Jack's Mannequin store, is having a sale from Thursday, June 25th at 10:00 AM PDT, to Sunday, June 28th at 11:59 PM PDT. It is called the Happy Birthday Taylor sale, named after one of their customers who had their birthday on June 4 - why? In their newsletter they said,

Taylor is our friend from Omaha, Nebraska. We met her when she ordered the "Bomby McGhee" and "Too Reach For" tees from the Clandestine store a few months ago. It turns out that her birthday was June 4th. Since we were planning a sale anyway, we figured why not name it after her? After thinking of no reasons why it wasn't a cool idea and a lot reasons why it was, the "Happy Birthday Taylor Sale" was born.
Anyway, after loading your cart up with merch, on the left-hand side of the checkout page (or at least on the Jack's Mannequin store layout) is a text box where you can enter the code "TAYLOR" to get 10% off your merch. The sale applies to the entire GoMerch store though, so you can get merch from other bands by checking out the store at gomerch.com. The Jack's Mannequin store also appears to have received a face-lift.
Also, Jack's Mannequin has confirmed a date on Jimmy Kimmel Live on July 30th. An intimate "studio stage" performance will air that evening on ABC TV. Check local listings for details.
As well as this, Jack's Mannequin are on the lineup for the Summer 2009 Reading and Leeds Festivals. Tickets are sold out, and are being auctioned off in excess of £100. The festivals will take place over August 28 to 30, but the stage and date are yet to be confirmed, we'll keep you posted though.

hmmmm. My friend is going to the Target center show in Minnesota. And she wants to meet andrew badly, but has no idea where to look and how. Any tips for her?
i've never seen a video from the 1st show before. his movements are more soco-esque than JM at that point, if that makes sense. also he's so awkward when not playing the piano.
